Terms of Service

The rules that keep REPPRR safe, fair and focused on your progress.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using REPPRR. They explain your rights and obligations when you train, log workouts, and interact with our platform.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using REPPRR (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the app”, “the platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users and subscribers.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the platform and that they have reviewed these terms with you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Medical Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

REPPRR provides general fitness, exercise and nutrition information for healthy adults. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified doctor, physiotherapist or registered dietitian before beginning any exercise programme or diet, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, or have been advised to restrict physical activity. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with exercise and nutrition changes, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, dehydration, dizziness or adverse health events. Stop immediately if you feel pain, faintness or discomfort and seek professional help.

4. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of any content you submit (workout logs, photos, notes, body metrics). By submitting content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display it so we can provide the service to you. Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes dangerous behaviour. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: • use the platform for any illegal purpose; • attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our systems; • share account credentials or create multiple accounts to abuse free trials; • upload malware, spam other users, or impersonate another person; • use automated scripts to access the platform without our written permission.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Some features may require a paid subscription. All fees are shown in your local currency where available and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your app store or account settings. Refund requests are handled according to the policy of the payment provider through which you subscribed (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play). We do not store your full payment card details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REPPRR and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if you have not made any payment.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms, harms other users, or threatens the integrity of the platform. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app or by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
