REPPRR (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, mobile applications and all related services. This policy describes our practices; using the service does not replace any consent required by law.

We collect the following categories of information: Account information: name, email address, phone number, authentication information and profile photo or avatar. Health & fitness data: body weight, height, age, gender, body metrics, workout logs, exercise history, hydration records, food diary entries, progress photos and any goals you set. Device & usage data: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, crash logs, feature usage and performance metrics. Communications: support requests, feedback and any messages you send us.

We use your data to: • provide, personalise and improve workouts, meal plans and progress insights; • calculate calories, macros and training recommendations; • sync your data across devices; • send service notifications, reminders and optional marketing (only with consent); • detect fraud, abuse and security incidents; • analyse aggregated usage to improve features and performance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We process personal data on the basis of: • performance of our contract with you (providing the app and its features); • your consent (e.g. marketing emails, optional health data); • compliance with legal obligations; • our legitimate interests in keeping the platform secure and improving the service, balanced against your rights.

We share data only in limited circumstances: • Service providers: cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing and customer-support tools that process data on our behalf to operate the service. Providers receive information needed for their role. • Legal compliance: when required by law, court order or to protect our rights and safety. • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality. We do not share health or workout data with advertisers.

When you use REP AI or meal-photo analysis, your request, relevant fitness context and submitted image may be sent to AI service providers to generate a response. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information. AI outputs and nutrition estimates can be inaccurate and should be reviewed. Exercise videos are delivered through Cloudflare; streaming requests can include network and device information. For Whop purchases, we receive membership status and identifying information such as your email to match paid access to your REPPRR account. Whop processes payments under its own privacy policy; we do not store full card details. Optional photos and camera access are used for the features you choose. You can decline device permissions or stop using optional features.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and understand how the platform is used. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser or device settings. Essential storage supports authentication, preferences and offline caching. Where non-essential tracking requires consent, it must not operate without that consent. Browser settings can clear stored data, which may sign you out.

We use safeguards such as encrypted connections (TLS), authentication and account-level access controls. While we take strong measures, no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and keep your device secure.

We keep your account and health data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove associated personal data from active systems, subject to applicable retention requirements, except where we must retain it for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: • access, correct or delete your personal data; • export your data in a machine-readable format; • object to or restrict certain processing; • withdraw consent at any time; • lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. REPPRR is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 16, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your data may be stored and processed on servers located outside your country. Cross-border processing is subject to applicable data-protection requirements. Contact us for information about providers and safeguards relevant to your account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where required by law, we will notify you of material changes and request renewed consent. The “Last updated” date on this page reflects the most recent revision.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Deletion permanently removes your profile and associated workout, nutrition and progress data from active systems. Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period as required for legal or security reasons.
