Refund & cancellation policy

Digital access. Clear purchase terms. Please review this policy before making a payment.

Last updated: 10 October 2026

1. No voluntary refunds

REPPRR provides digital fitness and nutrition services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide voluntary refunds for a change of mind, unused access, partial subscription periods, missed workouts or dissatisfaction with progress. This policy does not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law or override binding rules of the payment platform used for your purchase.

2. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel recurring billing through the platform where you subscribed. For Whop purchases, manage your membership in your Whop account. If you purchased through an app store, use that store’s subscription settings. Cancel before the renewal deadline displayed by that provider. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund previous charges. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period, subject to the provider’s terms. Deleting your REPPRR account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel external billing.

3. Payment-platform rules

Payments are processed by the platform shown at checkout. Whop and any applicable app store may apply their own cancellation, dispute and refund procedures. Follow the instructions on your receipt or in that platform’s purchase history. Where binding platform rules require a refund, those rules apply.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory rights, including remedies for defective or misdescribed services, unauthorized payments, or any applicable withdrawal right. For some digital services, a withdrawal right may only be waived when you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the loss of that right, where permitted by law. This policy alone does not constitute that consent. If you believe a legal right applies, contact us or the payment provider so the request can be reviewed.

5. Billing errors & access issues

If you are charged twice, believe a payment was unauthorized, or cannot access the service you purchased, contact us promptly. We will review the issue and help correct it or direct you to the payment provider. Include your account email, purchase date and transaction reference. Never send passwords or full card details.

6. Contact

For billing questions and refund requests based on payment errors, provider rules or legal rights, email repprrai@gmail.com. Please identify the purchase platform so we can direct your request appropriately.
